Long-run Prep...



I just did a quick equipment check for the long run this morning.  The temperature for the run (5:00 AM)  is expected to be 32 C.  I'll have to run in my winter gear this late in March (long sleeve shirt, running tights and the necessary shorts).  I'll also bring my water/fuel belt full with of course water and Clif Shot Blocks for fuel.  The final necessary prep item is of course the Vaseline to prevent chafing from friction (kind of gross but a necessary item in a runners supply kit).

OMG! See what happens when you don't drink enough water.... you start to look flat. dehydration is not a good look for you man... serious roadkill.
